All rush orders incur a $10 fee please select this option located on the main page once arrangement has been APPROVED ONLY.
All postage with in Australia is shipped via Regular post for a flat rate of $8 or Express post via Australia post at a flat rate of $12 and all orders over $150 get free shipping
All our shipping is trackable, We are not responsible if incorrect shipping information is given and any returns due to incorrect address will be up to the customer to to arrange payment for resend
International postage is available to the following countries
New Zealand, United States and the UK
We DO NOT return or refund for change of mind or incorrect ordering.
Most of our items are custom handmade and once your order is placed this can not be changed
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange on faulty items ONLY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
We only refund if items are defective or damaged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
All our items are customised and personalised therefore detailed descriptions need to be discussed then noted at the start of the checkout process in the notes section, if no preference/note is left and contact is has been made by us with no response from the customer then the most popular of that item will be made and sent and no name will be added to the design

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
